I use a DogEar score to measure how 'helpful' I have found books... (that's how many pages I've dog-ear'd the corner divided by the total number of pages). 

I give it a score of 16% or 41 of 250 pages that I want to come back to... That's a high score... Your book is pretty darn helpful!

Thanks for addressing a topic that hasn't been quite written about before. And thanks for writing in a way that is clear, concise and provides relevant examples!
