Just discovered a complete list of all marked down products at Amazon, sorted by category
and % off, ranging from 50% off to 90% off (thanks Sonja for the effort).

Actually I never thought Amazon would have articles with 90% off, but only in the category
Electronics there are more than 3000 of them - look for yourself, the list is on
Bargain Hunter (which is a blog of a woman who specializes in finding good deals at
Amazon, like Britain’s "Jeanie").

Want to start your private office arms race right now?

I just got my own USB rocket launcher :-) Awsome thing.

Plug into your computer and you got a remote controlled office missile launcher with 360 degrees horizontal and 45 degree vertival rotation with a range of more than 6 meters - which gives you a coverage of 113 square meters round your workplace.
You can get the gadget here: http://tinyurl.com/2qul3c

Check out the video they have on the page.

Cheers

For your presentation, figure out what you're saying that's "news." (i.e., not common sense) The "news" is what's going to get people's interest. So tease them -- let them know the news is coming, but don't start giving them the news until you've set up a mystery. Start your speech by asking a question, or posing a problem, that your news will answer.

Customer service is my bag and I've been asked to speak at an industry fuction. My intro is along the lines of the boring one you wrote about. Now, I will have to rethink what I have to say so that I can compell my audience to want to listen...any suggestions?
My daughter worked at Duke and was just hired by Stanford....guess she is covering all her bases!
Saw your book with the duct tape on it at B&N last week - good catchy cover!
