Brilliant. The funny thing is that if I went to try to explain this to someone, it would come across as, “That marketing message is the equivalent of saying, ‘Hey.’”

I posted an interesting follow up on my take of the article. You guys might appreciate the title,
I didn’t put the link in right. Here’s the title and link I was talking about: You Can’t be The Fonz
So true, we all do want to be the Fonz. Even the Cunninghams liked the Fonz. But frankly, you’re not a very effective rebel if Tom Bosley likes you. (I hope someone out there uses your line “You Can’t Be the Fonz” as their Match.com headline — dates would be guaranteed.)
I’m working my way through your book now. It’s getting rave reviews elsewhere too. Can’t wait for the column!
